The individual parts for the top are designed using CAD (computer aided design) equipment and those patterned parts are then inspected and verified by our design staff before the actual top is cut for production.
All finishing bindings used match the texture and color of the topping. All main seams are double stitched for strength and durability.
Vinyl and cloth tops are heat sealed on the outside and cloth tops receive an additional heat sealed process of hot tape on the inside.Both process ensure a waterproof seal.
Our tops are sewn with premium polyester threads which are both durable and UV protected for years of service.
TOPPING
We use only the best Haartz® premium grade sport topping
StayFast® A three ply composite material with a square weave outer fabric, a rubber inner layer, and a cotton lining.

Plastic Curtain CO 113 with horse-shoe style zipper and exposed trim
Factory style windows made of DOT 40 gauge Ultralite® and Regalite® plastic. Both materials are of the highest quality and same formulations, thus giving you optimal clarity and a non-yellowing appearance. They are actually weather and chemical resistant which exceeds all national and international requirements. Curtain has horse-shoe zipper and exposed trim.
