May I purchase a top directly from E-Z ON?
E-Z ON does not offer sales directly to the public. You may, however, purchase wholesale through one of our distributors.

Is there a warranty or guarantee on your products?
E-Z ON guarantees that your new convertible top will be free from defects when shipped from our factory. We also offer a limited warranty for 5 years on most of our convertible tops. You can feel confident that you will receive a quality product when choosing E-Z ON, but should a problem arise, we offer a no-hassle, E-Z return process. In addition, we offer replacement products plus labor credit if a product fails within the first 12 months after installation. See warranty terms for details.

Do you provide installation instructions?
E-Z ON recommends that convertible tops be installed by experienced professionals only! We do not provide detailed, step-by-step instructions for the novice. We do, however provide trimmer assembly tips and notes for many of our tops.

How do I clean my new convertible top?
E-Z ON recommends that you clean your convertible top regularly and use a protectant to ensure the longest life possible for your top. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners. The only protectant tested and endorsed by Haartz® (the material manufacturer) is RaggTopp™ Protectant and Cleaner. After washing, allow your top to dry completely before lowering it. Never store your convertible with the top down!

How much does a convertible top cost?
Price depends on the make and model of your vehicle. Please contact one of our distributors for pricing.

How do I measure bow height?
Please see the diagram attached. Follow the instructions. This will allow you to know if you have the correct measurements for your top installation.
